Diversion & Reentry Unit

Through collaboration with criminal justice partners this unit creates, improves and expands diversionary and reentry programs as alternatives to incarceration. Attorneys in this unit help our clients access diversion and court-ordered reentry programs and provide representation to clients participating in Delaware County’s Drug Treatment Court and Second Chance Court.  Attorneys in this unit also represent clients at county and state detainer parole or probation violation hearings before judges and the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. This unit also assists and supports clients on county probation or parole to successfully complete their sentences.
